How do I apply for a payment plan?

Our borrowers can apply and get a pre-approval anytime by visiting our website at www.dofinance.ca. All applications are digitized and secured so no need to worry about printing out unnecessary paperwork!

When will I know if I’ve been approved for a loan?

Most credit decisions are done the same day. One of our lending experts will notify you via email and/or text if there are additional requirements we need for an approval.

What if my chosen provider is not one of your partners? Can I still apply?

We invite you to still apply for a pre-approval even if your preferred clinic is not yet a partner of ours. We will reach out to your provider to arrange the loan, if approved.

How much can I borrow and what will interest rates and repayment terms look like?

The approved loan amount, interest rate and repayment term will vary according to the borrower’s credit profile. At times when there’s a promotion available, zero interest may be offered to eligible clients. The terms will be available upon signing up and our clients can check this information by logging into our portal.

Do you check credit scores? I have bad credit, am I still able to apply?

Yes, we do. In order to provide loan pre-approval, we need to check every borrower’s creditworthiness.

We encourage everyone to prequalify regardless of bad credit. As an alternative lender, our criteria are less strict compared to the banks so we’re able to approve most loan requests. A less desirable credit score, if approved, will typically have a higher rate and longer repayment term.

Can I pay my loan in full any time? What about partial payments?

Absolutely! All our agreements are open loans so you’re welcome to pay it in full before the term ends with no penalty.

You may also pay extra every month towards the principal balance. Please note that your monthly lumpsum will not change when making extra payments. Instead, you’ll complete your payments sooner and the last payment amount will be reduced.

What happens if I return the product or did not like the procedure?

Should you decide to return an eligible product at your chosen clinic, we will simply deduct the amount from your principal balance.

In an event that you do not achieve a desirable result from your treatment, the loan will still stand as is. Do Finance has no control over clinics’ expertise.

How can I pay my balance?

On approved loans, we will automatically debit your bank account each month for the agreed monthly payments. No need to manually do it unless making extra payments.
